Productivity
Understand the technology, then use prompting and thoughtful use cases to make work lighter. Remove repetitive tasks while keeping human judgement in charge.
A community for AI practitioners
How do we move from AI productivity to innovation and growth? Adaptive Futures is a founder-led community for people moving their organisations beyond basic adoption.
The invitation
Most organisations are asking AI to help people do more, faster. The more consequential question is what we do with the space that creates.
People responsible for AI adoption deserve space to think beyond the rollout and its productivity gains. Yet many organisations do not know how to move from individual task support to new workflows, new ways of working, innovation and growth that supports everyone in their ecosystem — from staff to investors to communities.
This community gives serious, curious practitioners somewhere to share barriers, test ideas and run small experiments that help move work beyond productivity. We learn from what happens, then carry the useful parts back into our organisations.
A useful progression
We start with the work as it is, then use the space AI creates to ask better questions, test new ways of working and connect experiments to outcomes that matter.
Understand the technology, then use prompting and thoughtful use cases to make work lighter. Remove repetitive tasks while keeping human judgement in charge.
Use the space AI creates to ask better questions and solve problems in ways that respect each stakeholder’s right to thrive. Prototype new workflows and ways of working.
Turn new ways of working into outcomes the organisation can sustain — including financial growth, stronger capability and value shared across its ecosystem.
We take these ideas back to our organisations as small-scale experiments, and record the results of what shifts.
What happens inside
The question you cannot answer with another webinar. The experiment that needs a second perspective. The decision where values and velocity are in the same room.
Bring yoursWe bring our real adoption challenges, what is working, what is not, and the barriers that keep AI bolted on. The community shares experience and practical solutions.
We come together with a facilitator to try small, specific experiments that move us from productivity activities towards innovation and growth.
We invite leaders into the room to ask better questions — slowing down enough to imagine the right moves before rushing to implement them.
As these models are sold, proceeds are distributed to community members.
The community
The room is deliberately made of people in the work: enablement leads, change partners, chiefs of staff, learning designers, product thinkers and founders. Different sectors. Shared responsibility.
“The future is not something we enter. The future is something we create.”

The person holding the room
Akosua convenes the questions, makes the introductions and keeps the work honest. She brings years of experience helping people navigate change — with enough strategic rigour to get specific, and enough humanity to notice what the spreadsheet misses.
Her role is to tend the conditions for good thinking. The intelligence of the community belongs to everyone in it.
